I’m Crystal—Psychiatric Nurse, Board-Certified Nurse Coach, and Mental Wealth Manager. For over 20 years, I’ve supported women through emotional overload, anxiety, burnout, and nervous system dysregulation.

My approach blends clinical insight with grounded coaching to help women regulate, rebuild, and rise—without losing themselves.
